CAMPING AT THE BILL MONROE MUSIC PARK AND CAMPGROUND

 

The Bill Monroe Memorial Music Park and Campground is open May through October. The campground has over three hundred 30 and/or 50 amp electric and water hookups and over three hundred primitive tent sites. With over 55-acres, we offer both wooded and open sites and are Big Rig Friendly. Our facilities are complete with hot showers, clean restrooms, coin laundry facility, two dump stations, playground, stocked fishing lake (no license required), walking trails; assorted picnic tables, fire rings, and barbecue grills; large covered pavilion, camp store, gift shop, museum and weekend. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET is available in the camp store for all campers. WiFI is available at all campsites and cabins for a nominal charge. Pets are welcome; however, they are prohibited at certain special events. Event rules will apply and site availability will be limited during all special events, festivals and holidays. *NO ATV'S OR FOUR-WHEELERS * NO FIREWORKS * NO GLASS BOTTLES * NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD* In order to prevent insect infestation and in order to preserve the natural beauty of our grounds and all tree life, no outside firewood will be allowed to enter our facility. This is in compliance with a DNR request. We appreciate your support and understanding. For your convenience, firewood is available for sale for a small fee at the camp store.

In order to provide a safer environment for all festival attendees and campers, ATV’s and/or 4-wheeler’s will not be allowed into the campground. A limited number of golf carts (both two and four passenger) will be available to rent onsite by the day or weekend from Cunningham Golf Cart Co. (800) 456-1577.

30 Amp Hook-up - $26.75 per night; double occupancy

50 Amp Hook-up - $32.10 per night; double occupancy

Primitive Tent Camping - $16.05 per night; double occupancy

Self-Contained (RV's, Hard Shell Campers) - $21.40 per night; double occupancy

Additional people on a Site - $6.42 per person per night

Visitors and Guests - $3.21 per person per day until 9pm.

*All sites double occupancy. Prices include Indiana State Tax. Children 12 & Under FREE. Hook-up rates include water and electric only. Self-contained campers may fill tanks with water and use dumping facilities upon leaving. Outside firewood is not allowed to be brought into the facility. Firewood is available for purchase.

Special event or Festival Camping Rates vary depending on the event, festival and and promoter. All camping reservations will handled by the staff at the Bill Monroe Music Park & Campground.
