Campground FAQ

Bill Monroe's Campground and Cabins strives to make your camping experience enjoyable and memorable. Please respect the campground property, amenities, buildings and recreation areas, as well as the rights and privacy of other campers.

Is Swimming Permitted in the Lake?

Swimming is not permitted in our lake. Catch and release fishing only.

Do you allow pets in the campground?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly facility. We do ask that all dogs be kept on a leash when not in your camper. Also, you must clean up after your pet and dispose of any waste in an appropriate receptacle. Please do not put dog waste in the fire pits.

Can I bring my own firewood?

Due to issues with the emerald ash borer beetle, we do not allow campers to bring thier own firewood. Firewood is available for purchase in the Camp Store.

What Time is Check-in?

Anytime after 3 pm for both campsites and cabins. Please check-in at the campstore. If you are arriving after 5 pm, your packet will be in the message board next to the campstore door. This will have your parking pass and map with your highlighted site.

What Time is Check-out?

For all campsites: check-out is 11 am Monday-Saturday; 1 pm on Sunday For all cabins: check-out is 11 am Monday-Sunday

Can I camp during a festival?

During a festival, camping is available to festival attendees only. You must purchase an event ticket for each person camping. Special festival camping rates may apply, see individual events for details.
