Bean Blossom Blues Festival 2020 - CANCELLED

It is with deep disappointment that the Bean Blossom Blues Festival will be canceled this year. The Governor of Indiana has left it up to the local county health departments and the Brown County Health Department has made gathering impossible, even if everyone wore a mask.

No one is for sure what the future of live music holds; therefore, we will not be announcing a date for next year’s festival, at this time (we have one penciled in). As stated when you purchased your tickets, all tickets and cart rentals will be refunded 100%, in the order they were purchased. Please be patient with us as this process will take some time. All bands must return deposits to us before we can start issuing customer refunds. Once this process starts, the card you used for your initial purchase will be refunded the amount collected. If the card is no longer valid, you will need to contact us via email through the contact us link on our website at www.beanblossomblues.com. We will let you know when the refund process starts so you can watch your credit card statement for the charge back. With over 1,000 refunds to be made, please be patient. Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!

18th annual Bean Blossom Bikerfest - CANCELLED

Bill Monroe Music Park at the direction of the Brown County Health Department has cancelled all events & festivals at the park for the remainder of the year including this year's Bean Blossom Bikerfest.

We have worked hard to bring you the best fest yet, but understand the position and the decision of the park and the health department. We are just as disappointed as you are. We take the health of our staff, volunteers, bikerfest fans, and performers seriously and feel that the decision is in the best interest of everyone involved.

Tickets: all Bikerfest admission tickets will be refunded minus the service charges. Please be patient as we begin the process, it may take us some time.

Golf Cart Rentals: will be refunded through the online ticketing source where you rented the golf carts from, this should take 4-6 business days.

Camping: there will be 2 options for all existing camping/cabin reservations. You can keep your existing campsite reservation or request a credit to be used within 1 year of date of submission request form. All requests must be made by visiting the http://billmonroemusicpark.com/request-form and completing the request form. Camping is handled by Bill Monroe Music Park and not us. Deadline to submit forms: August 18

Should events be allowed to happen next year, you will be able to use your credits for the events, however, there are no rollovers, so NEW reservations will need to be made once the dates are announced.

Announcement from Bill Monroe Music Park | We regret to announce that our annual Bean Blossom Bluegrass & Uncle Pen Festival has been cancelled this year.

The decision was made after consulting with our local Health Department and evaluating the scope of the festival, multiple factors including the challenge of maintain social distancing. Safety comes first, and we have made the commitment to be safe and responsible for everyone.

Bill Monroe Music Park and Campground remains open for camping through the fall season. Thank you for your understanding and support, we hope we can be together again in 2021.

Camping and Golf Cart Updates - Notice to all John Hartford Memorial Festival Campers

The festival promoters just announced that they have cancelled their rescheduled JHMF for 2020. We are saddened by the news but understand their circumstances and their decisions for cancelling. Click here to read the full statement.

Camping: Everyone will receive a Bill Monroe Campground credit which you can use at anytime throughout the year based on availability. You should have already received an email letting you know your credit amount.
Your credit will be valid for 1 year, ending July 31, 2021.

Golf Carts: If you rented a golf cart for JHMF, we will be sending a request to Ticketweb to start the refund process. They will issue you a refund to the credit card that you used to rent the golf cart. You will need to contact the the customer support team at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with any questions or concerns in regards to your refund.
Please do not contact us, allow 30 days for your refund.
